You can call it yin and yang.
I’ve always felt at home in two worlds. Two sides, blending effortlessly.
Growing up, I had a deep sense of spirituality & magic, I was artistic and a nature lover.
In secondary school I ate biology books for fun. An A1 student all the way.

I studied Occupational Therapy in university and I went all in on anatomy, physics, research & statistics.
After graduating, I packed a rucksack and lived in a hut by the beach on a remote island in Thailand.
I went all in on spirituality - I met the Dalai Lama in the Himalayas, lived in yoga ashrams in India, sat in ceremony with shamans in Brazil & Mexico, had bone readings in Africa and did Celtic druid rituals back home in Ireland.
Then I found the Tao.
It seemed to be the perfect blend of science & spirit.
Of physics & quantum physics.
Of the mystical and the mundane.
And this is where my two worlds combined. As a therapist and a Senior Taoist Instructor.
Not separate from each other. Not competing with each other but co-existing and relying on each other.
This is me.
Weaver of magic. Science geek. Pragmatist. Visionary.
I’m all in.
And here to share it with you.
